What this site is
GroupStay Partners sources and presents group hotel options. Submitting the quote form starts a conversation. It does not reserve a room, hold a rate, or create any booking.
Who contracts with whom
Any hotel block is a contract between your group and the hotel, arranged through QS4 Travel Solutions. GroupStay Partners is not the hotel and does not own the inventory.
Rates and availability
Every rate discussed is subject to availability and to the property’s confirmation at the time of contracting. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no rate is guaranteed until it is in a signed block agreement.
The savings range
The 30-50% figure used on this site is QS4 Travel Solutions’s stated typical range for negotiated group blocks. It is not a guarantee, not an average we have independently audited, and not a prediction about your dates. Your actual saving depends on city, season, lead time and availability.
Cost to you
Sourcing, negotiating and presenting options is free to your group. Group hotel bookings are compensated by the property. If any arrangement for your group would ever work differently, you will be told before you commit to anything.
