Half the team ends up at a different hotel
One block, one property, one rooming list — families stay together and travel to the venue together.
Travel teams · Clubs · Tournament organisers
Your families should be arguing about the lineup, not about who got stuck at the hotel across town. Tournament weekends punish disorganised blocks. Parents book late, the stay-to-play list runs out of the good property, and half the roster ends up twenty minutes from the fields. We lock a block that holds your families together and lands close to the venue.
What goes wrong
Half the team ends up at a different hotel
One block, one property, one rooming list — families stay together and travel to the venue together.
The stay-to-play list only has the leftovers
We work the properties on and off the list, so you see what is actually available at what price.
Parents book individually and overpay
A negotiated block with a booking link means every family pays the same negotiated rate.
Your roster changes right up to the weekend
Blocks are built with a realistic cut-off and room to adjust before it, so late families are not stranded.
Sourced against
Every one of these depends on the property and your dates. They are what gets asked for and negotiated — not a list of things you are promised.
How it works
The whole point is that steps two and four happen without you.
City, dates, roughly how many rooms, and what kind of group it is. Sixty seconds on a form or two minutes on the phone. No account, no login, nothing to install.
Your specialist works the properties that fit, on relationships built over decades, and negotiates rooms and any meeting space together rather than separately.
You get a short comparison of properties that actually fit, with the rate, what is included, and the terms that matter written out. No obligation to take any of them.
Contract, rooming list, changes, additions, the booking link for your people, and the front-desk problem at 11pm. One person owns all of it through checkout.
Sourcing, negotiating and presenting your options is free. You are never invoiced for a quote.
Review what comes back and walk away if it is not right. There is no contract with us to sign in order to see options.
No block is contracted, and no commitment is made in your name, until you have read the terms and said yes.
FAQ
Sometimes. If your event requires booking through a housing bureau, we will tell you straight away rather than waste your time. Where the requirement is only that you stay within a list, or where the block under-performs and rooms are released back, there is usually room to do better.
Nobody does at booking time. We build the block on your realistic number and set the cut-off date so you can adjust before it. Being honest about the number up front is better than padding it.
Yes. That is the usual set-up for teams — every family books their own room at the block rate using a link or code, and the organiser is not left chasing money.
Nothing. There is no fee to you for sourcing, negotiating or managing the block. Group hotel bookings are compensated by the property out of the business booked — the same way a travel agent has always worked. Your rate is the negotiated block rate either way.
Most requests come back with real options within one business day, and simple ones come back much faster. If your dates are inside three weeks, call rather than fill in the form — speed matters more than tidiness at that point.
They always do. Blocks are built with a cut-off date and room to adjust before it, which is exactly why the block should be sized honestly at the start. If numbers move after the cut-off, your specialist works the property — that is the job.
The specialist difference
GroupStay Partners works with QS4 Travel Solutions and Kyle A. Green Sr. — 30+ years in the travel industry, built across four decades of relationships in entertainment, sports and travel.
The same person negotiates your block, explains what you are signing, manages the rooming list, and picks up when something goes wrong at 11pm on a Friday. Nothing is handed to a queue, and you never start the story over with a new name.
