Group hotel blocks
without the stress
One specialist negotiates your rooms, explains the terms in plain English, and runs the whole block through checkout. Sports teams, weddings, reunions, corporate and military groups — 10 rooms or more, anywhere in the country.
Start with the three things you already know
Free, and nothing is booked or signed from this button — it opens the request form with your answers filled in.
- No cost to get options
- No obligation to book
- Nothing signed without you
10 rooms Every lit window is one room held in your name. Change the room count above and watch the block change — up to 42 drawn.
The usual way
Booking a block for a group is a part-time job nobody asked for
-
Scattered bookings
Everyone books on their own, at their own rate, at four different properties. By the time you notice, the good hotel is gone.
-
Weeks of RFPs and callbacks
Sending the same brief to nine sales offices and waiting. Then comparing nine formats that do not line up.
-
Terms nobody explained
Attrition, cut-off dates, cancellation windows. The clauses that cost money are the ones nobody walked you through.
-
One specialist owns it
The same person from the first call to the last checkout. No handoffs, no queue, no repeating yourself.
-
Negotiated group rates
Rooms and meeting space negotiated together, against real relationships, on a block sized to what your group will actually use.
-
Terms in plain English
What you are committing to, what happens if numbers change, and what it costs if they do — before signature, not after.
How it works
Four steps. You are involved in one of them.
The whole point is that steps two and four happen without you.
-
01
Tell us about your group
City, dates, roughly how many rooms, and what kind of group it is. Sixty seconds on a form or two minutes on the phone. No account, no login, nothing to install.
-
02
We source and negotiate
Your specialist works the properties that fit, on relationships built over decades, and negotiates rooms and any meeting space together rather than separately.
-
03
You review real options
You get a short comparison of properties that actually fit, with the rate, what is included, and the terms that matter written out. No obligation to take any of them.
-
04
Your specialist runs the block
Contract, rooming list, changes, additions, the booking link for your people, and the front-desk problem at 11pm. One person owns all of it through checkout.
Side by side
The same trip, two different weeks of your life
Not a claim about price. A claim about who does the work.
The left column is what group organisers describe when they call. The right column is the job description. Neither says anything about what a property will quote you — that depends on your city and your dates, and it is the one thing nobody can tell you in advance.
Who we serve
Every group is different. The block should be too.
Pick yours — each one is sourced against what that group actually needs.

What a negotiated block is actually worth
This is QS4 Travel Solutions’s stated typical range, not an independently audited figure and not a promise about your dates. What your group actually saves depends on the city, the season, how far out you are, and how much inventory the property still needs to move.
Your quote is the real number. It costs nothing to find out what it is.
Rough it out
Your own numbers against the 30-50% band. It is a sketch, not a quote.
Illustrative only. This applies QS4 Travel Solutions’s stated 30-50% range to the rate you entered — it is not a quote, not an offer, and no property has been checked for your dates.
Get the real number — freeWhat gets negotiated — not just the room rate
Negotiated room rate
The block rate your people book at, held for the dates you need.
Comp rooms
Most properties offer a complimentary room on a ratio to rooms booked. It is standard, and it is routinely left unclaimed.
Upgrades
Suite or upgraded rooms for the organiser, the couple, the coaches, the guests of honour.
Meeting & hospitality space
Negotiated against the room commitment, which is where it gets discounted or comped.
Breakfast & F&B
Included breakfast, working lunches, banquet pricing — quoted as part of the whole, not bolted on.
Master billing
One invoice instead of forty receipts, where the property supports it.
Booking link or code
So your people book themselves at the block rate and you stop chasing anyone.
Rooming list management
Names, changes, late additions, early departures. Handled by your specialist, not by you.
Pet-friendly & accessibility
ADA rooms, roll-in showers, ground floor, service and travelling pets — specified up front and confirmed in writing.
Every item above is something we negotiate for, and every one of them depends on the property, your dates and the size of your block. None of it is guaranteed before we have checked your specific request — anyone who guarantees it beforehand is guessing.
What you never have to worry about
- Chasing nine hotel sales offices for a callback
- Signing terms nobody walked you through
- Discovering the attrition clause after the fact
- Individual bookings scattered across four properties
- Being passed to a different name every time you call
- Paying anything to find out what your options are
No cost to get options
Sourcing, negotiating and presenting your options is free. You are never invoiced for a quote.
No obligation to book
Review what comes back and walk away if it is not right. There is no contract with us to sign in order to see options.
Nothing signed without you
No block is contracted, and no commitment is made in your name, until you have read the terms and said yes.
The specialist difference
You get a person, not a portal
GroupStay Partners works with QS4 Travel Solutions and Kyle A. Green Sr. — 30+ years in the travel industry, built across four decades of relationships in entertainment, sports and travel.
The same person negotiates your block, explains what you are signing, manages the rooming list, and picks up when something goes wrong at 11pm on a Friday. Nothing is handed to a queue, and you never start the story over with a new name.
One Call, One Stop, Rest Your Mind.

Reach is not the hard part — hotels exist everywhere. The hard part is knowing which property in that city still needs your dates badly enough to negotiate.

FAQ
Questions people actually ask
How many rooms do I need?
Ten or more per night is where group rates start to be worth negotiating. Below that you are usually better off booking direct, and we will tell you so rather than take the enquiry.
What does this cost me?
Nothing. There is no fee to you for sourcing, negotiating or managing the block. Group hotel bookings are compensated by the property out of the business booked — the same way a travel agent has always worked. Your rate is the negotiated block rate either way.
How fast can I get options?
Most requests come back with real options within one business day, and simple ones come back much faster. If your dates are inside three weeks, call rather than fill in the form — speed matters more than tidiness at that point.
What if my numbers change?
They always do. Blocks are built with a cut-off date and room to adjust before it, which is exactly why the block should be sized honestly at the start. If numbers move after the cut-off, your specialist works the property — that is the job.
What is attrition, and should I be worried about it?
Attrition is the clause that makes you responsible for a share of rooms you held but did not fill. It is the single most expensive thing in a badly negotiated block. Many blocks can be built with no attrition exposure at all; where a property insists on it, you will be told the number before you sign.
Which cities do you cover?
Nationwide, from Los Angeles to New York and everywhere between. Reach is not the constraint — the constraint is whether your dates and city still have inventory worth negotiating for, which is the first thing we check.
Ready to lock better rates and zero stress?
Tell us the city, the dates and roughly how many rooms. We will come back with real options and the terms spelled out.
