Nothing is booked or signed without you
Your details are used to source options. No block is contracted in your name until you have read the terms and agreed.
It costs you nothing
Sourcing, negotiating and managing the block is free to your group. You are never invoiced for a quote.
One specialist, start to finish
The person who negotiates your block is the person who runs it through checkout.
We do not sell your details
Your enquiry is not sold, listed, or broadcast to a panel of hotels bidding for your business.
FAQ
Questions people actually ask
How many rooms do I need?
Ten or more per night is where group rates start to be worth negotiating. Below that you are usually better off booking direct, and we will tell you so rather than take the enquiry.
What does this cost me?
Nothing. There is no fee to you for sourcing, negotiating or managing the block. Group hotel bookings are compensated by the property out of the business booked — the same way a travel agent has always worked. Your rate is the negotiated block rate either way.
How fast can I get options?
Most requests come back with real options within one business day, and simple ones come back much faster. If your dates are inside three weeks, call rather than fill in the form — speed matters more than tidiness at that point.
What if my numbers change?
They always do. Blocks are built with a cut-off date and room to adjust before it, which is exactly why the block should be sized honestly at the start. If numbers move after the cut-off, your specialist works the property — that is the job.
What is attrition, and should I be worried about it?
Attrition is the clause that makes you responsible for a share of rooms you held but did not fill. It is the single most expensive thing in a badly negotiated block. Many blocks can be built with no attrition exposure at all; where a property insists on it, you will be told the number before you sign.
