What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form or the chat: your name, phone, email, group type, approximate room count, city, dates, and any notes you add. Nothing else is collected about you by this site.
Why we collect it
To source hotel options for your group and to contact you about them. That is the only purpose.
Who sees it
Your enquiry goes to GroupStay Partners and to the specialist at QS4 Travel Solutions who will source your block. To source options, the details of your request — city, dates, room count and requirements — are shared with hotels being considered. Your contact details are shared with a property only when you have chosen to move forward with it.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. We do not broadcast your enquiry to a panel of hotels bidding for your business.
Text messages
If you tick the box asking us to text you, we will text you about your enquiry. Reply STOP at any time and it stops. We do not send marketing texts.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. The chat widget and the quote form remember your answers in your own browser’s local storage so you do not have to retype them; that data stays on your device and is never uploaded on its own.
Keeping and deleting
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to handle any booking that results. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless a booking contract requires us to keep it.
